Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

 

Returns

All our products are meticulously hand-selected and handcrafted, requiring significant time, effort, and craftsmanship. Each piece is unique and one of a kind. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept any returns or refunds once payment has been made and you did not apply cancellation in 24 hours. 

However, exceptions will be made for quality-related issues, including product damage or discrepancies from the description. Please note that all our crystals are naturally formed, not industrially manufactured. Therefore, natural inclusions, mineral patterns, or internal textures are not considered defects but rather unique characteristics of the crystal itself. 

If you refuse to accept the express delivery after it arrive, we will not consider that as a return, based on this behaviour, we will not provide any return and refund.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

If you apply the cancellation in 24 hours and be approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
